What is a home watch service?

A home watch service is a professional visual inspection of a home or property while you're away, to ensure everything is secure, functioning properly, and free of visible issues like leaks, pests, or damage. We offer peace of mind while you're gone.

What do you check during a visit?

We perform weekly inspections of homes confirming the heat is on and working, all doors and windows are locked and there is no visible evidence of storm damage, flooding, leaks, plumbing failures, forced entry, vandalism, etc.

How often do you visit my home?

The base service includes weekly checks, a monthly manager-visit and prompt post storm checks/assessments.

What happens if you find a problem?

You’ll be notified immediately with photos and/or video and a description. With your approval, we’ll coordinate repairs using trusted local vendors—or your preferred providers. If an emergency issue, we will contact appropriate contractors immediately and follow up with homeowners with what is going on.

Do you handle hurricane or storm preparation?

Yes. We offer storm prep services including bringing in outdoor furniture, securing windows/doors and post-storm inspections.

Do you offer concierge services like accepting deliveries or prepping the home before I arrive?

Absolutely. Give us an idea of what you are looking for and we will create a solution specific to you.

Are you insured and Licensed?

Yes, we are fully insured and licensed in NJ.

Who will have access to my home?

The owner and your assigned house manager/checker. All contractors will be given access and locked up after by one of those two people.

How do I know the visit actually occurred?

We log every visit and leave a log with details in your home and keep one for ourselves.

How much does it cost?

Pricing varies depending on property size. Give us a call for a quote.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

We have a six month minimum contract with new contracts every year.
