MP Home Watch was created by Gerard Rosenberger with the goal to better service the seasonal residents who prefer eyes on their property when they can't be there and a little help to oversee the maintenance their home. The goal of our services is to offer a more personalized approach to property management and off season house checks.
What does that mean?
1. Know Who is in Your Home
Only one person will be responsible for checking your home and you will have direct contact with them.
2. Communication and Transparency
In the event any issue arise or we have any suggestions regarding your home, you are the first to know. We don't wait until after the problem is fixed, we update you throughout the process.
3. You Keep Control
Nothing will be done to your home without your approval. All annual maintenance, one time fixes, etc. must be approved by the homeowner.
We use your preferred contractors. While we have a vast pool of local relationships and can certainly recommend contractors where needed, we will defer to your preferred contractors and the ones who already know your house the best.
Gerard was born and raised in Margate. Growing up, both his parents worked in real estate providing exposure to residential real estate at a young age regularly finding himself touring properties and construction sites.
He attended St. Augustine Prep for high school followed by Villanova University. While attending Villanova, he majored in Real Estate and Marketing.
After college, Gerard moved to Philly and worked for a few large scale real estate owners and managers. In these roles, he assisted in the acquisition and development of over $1 billion in multifamily real estate and gained exposure to many aspects of the real estate industry including both management and construction.
When Gerard moved back to Margate, he set out to create his own path in real estate. He joined his family's brokerage, Marketplace Realty, where he acts as an agent and manager overseeing all operations of the company. Simultaneously, he created MP Home Watch to fill what he believed was a void in the property management industry locally. He leverages his experience in prior corporate roles to bring that level of professionalism, set high expectations and knowledge to his current roles for small family businesses.
